I don't "hate" anyone.
Not other physiognomy people I disagree with (which is most of them, admittedly), not spiritual gurus that I feel are fake, not the galactic federation types, not GG33, not flat earthers or round earthers, not Jews, not Muslims, Buddhists, Christians, etc.
There's a very big difference between disagreeing and hating. Hatred is a very strong word and I feel like people are way too comfortable using it for just about anything.
All of the abovementioned have something you can learn, take from. I might disagree with a religious doctrine or portions of an ideology - but I can also learn a LOT from it, and I have, and so can you.
How can you hate other humans and preach spirituality in the same breath? It's impossible.
There are people I have less sympathies for, of course, but there are also a lot of people who don't find me all that great either. This is fine and normal.
Does that mean they hate me? Probably not.
When you hate something, you'd rather if it didn't exist at all, right?
I want everything to exist, and everyone to exist - and preferably co-exist - because this is how it's meant to be.
If you become an enemy of something, you live under that thing's thrall. If all you do is oppose what you don't like or agree with - you become a symptom of that very thing.
Just move on, what's the big issue?
Do your own thing. It's a big world.
