Every dishonest, deceitful, manipulative, disingenuous person you know is on a path to self-destruction. Eventually, a very painful and sobering humbling awaits them. Their very nature guarantees this result as an inevitability of life. All they can ever truly meet at the end of that path is a lonely mirror. Unless you get in their way by showing them strong emotions - by becoming bothered and upset, or by trying to change them or challenge them somehow. You don't need to become a distraction on their path. You don't need to get in their way by giving them any more attention than you need to. Let them tread alone, they'll be perfectly fine without your input, and they'll have ample time to direct their destructive ways onto themselves instead. They need it like a drowning man needs oxygen. They need it more than you know. And you don't need the extra headache either. Let them go and meet themselves, see what lies at the end of their choices. Darkness eats darkness. When evil is left alone with itself - all it can do is destroy itself, because it is the only thing it knows to do. ![[IMG_9888.png]] The core of most problems in modern society, be it personal or geopolitical - is dishonesty. Especially in the west. There are depths and layers to deception active right now in the world - unimaginable at any previous point in the history of man. Even the great lie is a lie. [[Light And Darknes|Darkness]] is not all-consuming, it is plain. Evil is not intense, it is mediocre. The knife of fear does not cut deep - it only threatens to do so. Your enemy is not a mastermind, he is a liar. True evil thrives in the in-between, where gentle souls count it as not worth fighting.
