If you have kids, do not deprive them of song. Beautiful children benefit greatly from beautiful lullabies. A child's belief is the greatest force of magic. When a child believes that angels come to perch on their windowpane, or that candlelight on Christmas Eve casts away dark things - it really is so. Children are the greatest magicians, their purity is unburdened by the weight and constraint of logic. Allow your kids to believe in the magical, even if you yourself can't - and, through them, the magical will find its way into your heart as well - and into your home.
