I've had people become sick in my presence - exorcising their demons. An exorcism is nothing more than the shedding of vile energy that is incompatible with the highest consciousness observing it. All energy must respond to its higher form - all must come clean. > What does it mean if you’ve only ever written in all caps, since childhood? Possession. No negative or positive connotation, could be both. > Interesting. Fix? When something possesses you, it means there is an emptiness in your awareness that it's temporarily occupying. What forms emptiness in the conscious mind? Trauma, forgetfulness, rejection of s self-identities, burying of unresolved emotions, etc. Anything that disconnects you from the fullness of your self (holy/wholeness) makes space for subconscious programs to take their place. Outside of subconscious programs, there is something known as the collective unconscious - which might also seep into there if the emptiness is large enough and the mind is primed to host one of many of its darker aspects. > In that case we’re all possessed then, in one sense or another, since no one’s awareness is entirely their own. To a degree, we all are.
