A world that rejects beauty rejects truth itself, and truth is the essence of creation - and abandoning the pursuit of a more beautiful world is the same as abandoning the pursuit of one's greatest destiny. When you approach death, when you brush up against its realness - only then will you understand just how vain our efforts have been at judgement and justice, fairness and cruelty both. How much time we have, as a species, wasted for the sake of exactly nothing. How impermanent and pathetic the little victories were in the face of grander truth. You will understand - when it unfolds before you, in fractal form, the grandiose meaningfulness of your journey into this world. It is that relationship with near-death that gifts one the ability to form the perspective of God within themselves. We all die as gods, you see, with the burdens and sorrows akin to godhood - even the unworthy. Especially the unworthy. For they must be shown what they have refused to see themselves. That death is the great awakener of man. That death is a mask worn by change. The catalyst for self-emancipation. And whenever hatred enfolds this world, the mystic will know to walk away from its maddening grip - with quiet stoicism and determination. But where would they go? To places of magic in this world. Of which there are still remnants. There are secret doors and windows. They quietly pry open for the purest of hearts.
