The people who play outside of the rules are the SAME people who ENFORCE these rules vehemently. Because the smoke-screen of the rules (including law, moral code, etc) is their way of keeping you at bay while they take all the power, resource and benefits for themselves. And if you think people, on a regular basis, do not do this to other people - you are painfully mistaken. You being barred off from experiencing the delicacies that lie beyond the law is the only reason they derive so much hedonistic pleasure from it in the first place. I can cheat but my boyfriend cannot. I can enjoy deviant sexual practices but 99% of men in my country cannot. I can avoid paying taxes completely but others cannot. I can have access to hidden knowledge but others cannot. I can get the real vaccine while others get a fake one.
