That is not what quantum physics says.
It says that the act of observation collapses matter from its superposition state and forces molecules into positions where they're most likely to be.
The implications of the non-sensationalized truth are even grander, so study it first.
The observer effect, therefore, does not mean that how you feel affects molecular structure but something even more profound.
It implies that our brains, by default, force matter out of its quantum state and grounds it into its most probable form.
It enforces a logical reality.
Why is this profound?
Because it means that the objective reality we interact with is not the only possible reality, it's just the one that is most likely to be occurring.
We enforce the most logical outcome just by looking. But only if we're there to experience it.
