Death is not the opposite of life; death is the opposite of birth. Life is eternal. We enter this world through an involuntary portal and leave it through another such portal. All other portals—outside the two vortexes of birth and death (corresponding to the numbers 6 and 9)—are entered and departed from voluntarily. The inward vortex and the outward vortex (clockwise and counterclockwise) are the twin rivers of life: one of forgetfulness, the other of remembering. Symbolically, we exist in the space between these two great rivers of pain and renewal, loss and gain. Burn into your mind this teaching: you find yourself not in a world of infinite possibilities for what your physical body may accomplish, but in a world of secret doors and passageways—many of which are hidden in plain sight. Each secret door and pathway requires a key, and each key could be anything: a lover’s quarrel, a state of mind, a momentary enlightenment, a stillness in solitude, a plane ticket back home. I will now tell you a story. This is a story about the place where you and I find ourselves—where you live, and where you are locked in. If only you had the key to maneuver this space; if only you could understand that magic has very little to do with creation, because all things are already created. The magical, the enigmatic, the mystical—as it is often presented in its dramatized, shock-value sense—does not even come close to the realities of the grandiose sorcery you are capable of. I am here to reveal that sorcery to you. Here is my promise, as a writer and a good friend: by the end of this conversation, you will have gained a superior understanding of what it means to maneuver life from the perspective of the mystical. It is the highest skill of the mystic to walk between worlds at will. Worlds that neighbor one another may be walked into. For example, on a symbolic level, the letter O and the number 0 are very similar, differing by only a small slash. The 0 represents the null-portal, stretched as if about to combust and split into twin halves. This symbol alone grants a superior understanding of what a portal is and what it aims to achieve. The forces vacuumed and inlaid within the heart of the portal are the twin vortexes, overlaid atop one another: the inward vortex (the absorbing force) at the top of its form, and the outward vortex—the release, the dispersing force—at its bottom. Yet spin these two around, and one realizes they are one and the same thing. The null-portal, as we call it, is the portal of thought—the silver lining or passageway between conscious awareness and non-consciousness. The light of consciousness, the fire of life, the spark of divinity granted to us is our awareness, and this awareness can be projected onto that which was previously unseen or unknown. But consciousness and awareness can only hold a small range of material when they are not primed or “worked.” The great work, therefore, embodies the philosophical and spiritual ideal of pursuing “coming to wholeness” with one’s conscious awareness. Thus, the null-portal is one that breaches the line between thoughtform—encoded information existing in the etheric (non-materialized) plane—and its entry into our world, rising from the deep waters of the subconscious into our realm. It proceeds to follow the Law of Threes: first it is formed into action, the initial step of its musical progression; then it is accompanied by a reaction, a feminine flame—a twin repeat that serves as its absolute opposite in temperament and expression. Yet the source of these two energies is one and the same. The synthesis or combination of these energies, as they enter through the portal from non-existence into being, creates a third charge. This is called the sympathetic charge: as the masculine and feminine unite in temperament, a third body is formed. That body is formless creation, stuck in a state of all-existence—chaos where probability does not exist. It is everything, creation in its purest form. And what does it need? It needs the four-pronged will of logic and boundary, of limitation. It needs structure. The fourth step of its creation is one of structure. For a thing to be expressed in any shape, way, or form, it must first be limited into an identity-based expression. Why? So that it may enter the fifth stage of its existence: the stage of outpouring and adventure, of energetic self-stimulation—its ability and independent desire, formed by its limited ego, to walk beyond its boundaries. When you limit a thing, you cause it to become aware of its limitations, and the desire to rip out of its limiting shell is born. As that desire forms in the primordial nothingness of pseudo-existence—where this form exists as a separate being, a separate line of thought removed from its original creation-source—it is formed into the material. Corresponded to the material mastery of Saturnine influence, it is born into matter through the “6,” the inward portal. It “falls” into a staff of density and matter, of hardness and rigorous form. It is imprinted, frozen into its energetic mimicry in the form of a vessel-body—the tree of life, the shell that holds within it its truest and highest potential, yet expressed in an incomplete, physical sense. And it is here, exactly, that the trifold progression of life begins—where the three-step structure of the universe’s archetypal narration comes through, and where we are born, live, and ultimately pass. All things, as we have said, are made up of three parts in the material world. And all things that are full or complete have hidden aspects. The hidden aspect of man is that man is a trifold being—there is a trinity in effect, though not one of mind, spirit, and body. You are the dying embers of a life already lived. The steps have already been taken, the thought has already passed, the judgments have already been cast—but execution, material execution, is delayed in time. And what is the function of time from this godly perspective? It is the ability to ponder, to consider, to observe, to learn from, to receive. Why, then, must we make our homes beautiful? Why must we ponder our daily decisions? Why must we enter through a beautiful archway when we see it, or an interesting-looking street? Because each and every detail of this living, material journey is energy having taken form—and that form reminds us that it mimics the very thoughtform it was born of. You feel attachment not to places, but to ideas, energies, understandings of beauty and existence as a whole. Therefore, the mind thinks in terms of symbolic value. The greater reality—your greater reality—is one attached to imagery, not to interpretation from a lesser state of fragmented awareness. Our journey is one of remembering. Our lives can be impressed upon by other awarenesses, but if you know how and when to seek the door—to go to the story, the narratives overlaid atop one another—where you want to end up, I can tell you the most important key: it is only a matter of will. What is the kaleidoscopic mask? The rainbow-lit passageway to the beyond? It is a portal to the realm divine, a visual representation of the highest bliss, beyond which lies the nectar of life. The key of entry is beauty—this beauty, the philosopher’s multicolored stone, the transmutation of all matter into symbolic sigils and portals. All these directions lead to access, and access is granted through inner beauty. If you wish to enter, you must cultivate that beauty—you must become the key - and the lock will show itself, and the doors of understanding will be opened to you. What I have been teaching, hinting at, dancing around is this: beyond the cloak and dagger, the mask and the tattered robes of worship, lies the undying light of life, of the realized mind, the unison of who you are and who you have imagined yourself to be. Gift yourself the understanding of the makeup of this world, of the possibility that you yourself are a portal to cosmic, archetypal thoughtforms, energies, and systems that are yet to be formed in the material but have long danced their dance in the celestial circles. We, here, teach the meaningfulness of passageways and portals—the access-key to where we wish to go, where the masters and spiritualists of old beckoned us to enter, and to what we have become lost due to our wrongful ways. Of Sigil. Of Tanelorn. Of The City of Doors. We teach the way of the centipede, of the twin-fold vortex, of the highest form of mysticism and magic known to man: the transmutation of the mind and mental state as the access-key to different realms of unfolding, where we may tread and create in simultaneous action. We do not walk through time — time walks through us. And we direct its flow. All gardens of the world lie open before us, you see — one must only enter with a pure heart and a humble conscience. ![[Pasted image 20260403231850.png]]
