If you don't know anything about working out, don't know where to start, etc - follow this one simple rule: What makes you sweat the most is what you need the most. If you want to build mass and strength - train under the sun If you want to build endurance and range of motion, train under water. If you want to build speed and explosive power - train under moonlight. I mean literally under sun rays or moon rays. I honestly don't know why exactly, I was taught this as warrior tradition in Khridoli, I never got to ask why. But can attest to these effects through personal experience. It has to do with the state of the body during that time of the day, and the kinetic properties of the moon.
