People always amaze me with their unwillingness to investigate and address the core issue.
You'll find about 50 guys with massive followings on the internet telling people to manually deform (or reform) their lower or upper jaw or tongue posture without understanding why the misalignment happened in the first place.
Either through direct surgical intervention or forceful manipulation.
This is almost always done to a point of excess, only for it to come back as spiritual and emotional tests and troubles years down the line.
Any change first needs to occur within, brute-forcing change from the outside is causing a different kind of energetic misalignment with the self than the initial one.
Our faces are constantly changing, shifting into what we have already become in the future of our soul - where we, as beings, exist in a state of timelessness.
Inner change is spontaneous, but the body lags behind--and for good reason.
The outer and the inner must be brought into balance with caution and time. The only cases where this principle does not apply is when there is real mechanical damage that requires dramatic intervention for fixing.
You may not care about this now, but you will in the future.
For example, incorrect tongue posture comes from incorrect breathing.
Incorrect breathing -> breathing exclusively upwards into the nose -> comes from having endured a life of hard stress.
Some people have transitioned to this style of breathing as their default, because this style of breathing accompanies the fight-or-flight response.
When we breath up into the nose, we force the air out of our lungs with aggression. The upper lungs are used, breathing becomes naturally more frequent - it is a state of high alertness.
Learning to breath back into the nose, sending air deep into our bodies, not only adjusts tongue posture but slowly teaches us to destress and relax again, to step into a life where we don't expect danger around every corner.
Most people don't even know they can do this.
The problem I've found with advocates for brute-forcing changes in physiognomy is that they lack the spiritual background and the esoteric know-how to fully grasp the implications of this work - they are, in many ways, overly functional in their approach.
The problems due to this mistake occur years down the line as well, so it is not obvious, which makes it harder for them to learn. When a branch is bent a certain way, you should not aggressively bend it into its opposite by force.
While you might feel this is an improvement, the branch is weakened in the long-term.
The steps needs to be incremental, almost unnoticeable. And inner change, emotional and mental, needs to precede any outward adjustment.
When you change your facial mask in the universe, your environment will begin reacting to you according to it, and the universe WILL demand your inner world to match it.
If this is done excessively, which it is most of the times - it is often how mental illness and psychosis are invited into our lives.
Everything has its psychosomatic root which should be respested.
Similar to muscular growth - a man must first believe he is strong before he becomes it.
It's just that lifting weights helps the body believe faster, it grants it physical proof, so to speak.
One does not work without the other.
Thus, before constructing an appearance of stress-free living, how about we first teach ourselves how to be stress-free.
All things in perfect balance.
