This is simply a psychological sign of a few very important things:
1) You are actively dreading waking up in the morning, probably to do something that you know will drain your energy and lifeforce.
This is either an attitude problem or a lack-of-agency problem.
Attitude when whatever requires doing the next day is a responsibility - such as school, chores, healthy living.
Lack-of-agency when it's something you actively dread but still willingly choose to participate in, like a job that slowly kills your soul, little by little, each time you force yourself to go there.
2) You fear exhaustion and are actively exhausted throughout your day without realizing. Even with 2 hours of sleep, you should always tell yourself that your body knows best and that you will awaken refreshed and ready.
These torments come with us living inauthentic lives that keep us looped into cycles of discomfort and chronic stress.
If you're dreading waking up in the morning, something needs to change in your life as soon as possible and you are not being medieval enough about changing whatever that is.
When this is your baseline, either you need to change or your situation needs to change.
