When caught only on camera - the phenomenon will look like an orb of plasma because there is no consciousness to interface with. This is regardless of time and space. The more impressions that are made by the number of observers - the stranger and more diluted the image will become. The more well-intentioned the viewer - the closer the phenomenon will manifest to its true form. But anyone can know the truth of this - it is only a matter of will. Remember, when you are initiated into the knowledge behind the meaning, function and makeup of the universe - not knowing something becomes impossible. In short, the phenomenon is mental - it is an interfacing of consciousness. It is a back-and-forth, if you will, not a static occurrence.
