Why would something that's already here and ever-present suddenly desire to "show itself" to the faithless masses? Proof without initiation is for the unfaithful - and it does not exist. Angels do not need to show themselves in ways that are collectively observable, they are beyond collective projections. The faithful receive their proof through personal, mystical channels. That is why, for the atheist and the skeptic - the man of faith seems to be completely idiotic, because, for them, proof is always to be sought and found in the external. Ironically, it is exactly from this external mirror that deception comes and works its many magics. But, in reality, both the skeptic and the atheist regard the man of faith as an outlier rather than a fool, which they'd never admit to - but both secretly know this to be true. Yet they still choose to pretend otherwise due to the innate pretentiousness of their worldviews. For them, the man of faith, in truth - is an enigma. Someone who doesn't fit the mold of logic, determinism, rational pragmatism and is not bound by practical thought but rather chooses to bind himself, willingly, to the unseen - to one's own conscience and to the burden of a grander search for higher morality. Those who do not practice faith will never receive proof of the divine - not because they are not permitted to, but because they are simply looking to everything and everyone else for answers except their own selves. They are simply looking in the wrong place. If an angel wanted to show itself to you - it would not be in any dramatic or performative way. Truth does not require theatre - it is half-truths and lies that demand a stage. The realm of the angelic is the kingdom of quiet, subtle and solitudinous things. Therefore, any communication one might have with the divine realm will be through simple, everyday occurrences - a gentle breeze when it's least expected, a daydream in the woods, a whisper in the brushing leaves. For the faithful, a simple wink from the universe is enough confirmation. For those with hopeless faith - even that is no longer required. But for the faithless - there shall never be proof.
